Set the game, venue, time, price and player minimum.
Players secure their own place in the session.
Everyone sees when the minimum has been reached.
Keep attendance and the live player list together.
Play the game. Settle the session. Get paid.
Organiser controls
The practical controls organisers need before, during and after each community game.
Review the live reservation list and export it when you need an operational record.

Run recurring sessions, manage members and keep organiser controls close to the community.

Keep completed organiser payouts visible without matching bank transfers back to old chats.

Secure payments
Players reserve and pay using major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow or GrabPay. Eligible transactions are processed through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.

Eligible card and wallet transactions are processed through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.
If the minimum-player requirement is not reached, the session is cancelled. Players are notified, payments already collected are refunded in full, and no additional card charges are made.
After a session is settled, the organiser’s proceeds are processed through their connected Stripe account.
Works with your venue
Keep using PlayByPoint, Playtomic or your venue’s existing booking process. uDink complements the court booking by managing the people, commitments and payment record around the game.
