Set up your organiser payment account

Open Profile, then Account Management, and follow the payment-account setup shown in the app.

The setup route and available payment or payout methods can vary by country, currency, provider and account type. Use the options shown in the app for your account; do not assume that one particular local payment method is required.

If Stripe is new to you, read what Stripe is and how it protects transactions.

Your connected payment account must have the capabilities required for your sessions enabled before uDink treats it as ready. Complete any identity, business or bank-account requirements shown by the provider. The app can show Set Up, Pending, Action Required, Update or Verified, depending on platform and account state.

Country-specific setup guides

These guides describe the current Singapore onboarding routes. A different country or account type may show a different provider flow and requirements:

When uDink creates a payout record

For a pre-paid session, uDink normally transfers collected participant proceeds after the session has ended and any applicable processing delay has passed.

For Reserve First, Pay Later, settlement must run first. Successful player charges are transferred to the connected payment account, and failed payments can be shown alongside the payout record.

Check payout status

Open Profile and select Host Payouts when it is available. A payout can show:

  • Pending
  • Payout Pending
  • Paid Out
  • Action Rqd

An expected-arrival date may appear when the payment provider supplies one.

The Account Management and Host Payouts sections on the uDink Profile screen.Open Profile to view the host payment account and the status of each payout.

Bank timing

Bank arrival depends on the payment provider's payout schedule, account status, bank, currency and local processing rules. Any timing shown in uDink or by the provider is an estimate, not a promise.

If a payout is delayed

  1. Check Account Management for Action Required or an incomplete payment-account requirement.
  2. Check Host Payouts for the current status and expected date.
  3. Confirm that settlement completed for a post-paid session.
  4. Allow for weekends, bank processing and a new-account delay.
  5. Contact support if the expected date has passed or the status does not progress.

Do not send bank login credentials or full bank-account details to support.

What happens next?

The payment provider sends funds to the bank account configured on the connected account. Keep the account information current to avoid payout delays.
