Start Host Setup
Before you create an eligible paid session, complete the payment setup shown in uDink.
- Open uDink and go to Profile.
- Expand Account Management.
- Select Host Setup.
- Choose the payout method available for your country and account.
- Continue through the secure provider-hosted flow and complete every required step.
Open Profile, expand Account Management and select Host Setup.
The exact provider, fields and available payment or payout methods can vary by country, currency, provider and account type. Use the options shown for your account. Do not assume that a particular local payment method is required.
If same-day payment is available
Some eligible hosts may see a same-day payment or payout option in the current app version. Availability and requirements can vary by account, country, currency and provider. Follow the instructions shown in the app and do not treat the presence of a setup option as a guarantee of same-day bank arrival.
Complete verification securely
The provider may request identity, business, representative or bank-account information. Enter legal details exactly as requested and upload documents only through the secure provider-hosted flow.
Never send identity documents, verification codes, passwords or full bank details through chat or email.
Check your setup status
Open Profile → Host Setup to review the payout methods available to you and their current status. The wording depends on the country and payout method shown in your app. For example, the current screen may show:
- Stripe — Ready for payouts
- PayNow — Verified and ready for payouts
- DuitNow — Add your DuitNow mobile number
- PayID (Coming soon!) — PayID payouts are coming soon
Review the payout method available for your account and follow any action shown.
If a method shows an action or warning, open that method and complete the steps shown. A method marked ready or verified indicates that uDink has received the required setup information; it does not guarantee a particular bank-arrival time.
For current Singapore onboarding steps, use Stripe onboarding for Singapore individuals or Stripe onboarding for Singapore companies.
Common problems
If the provider asks for more information, return to Account Management and complete the outstanding requirement shown there. If a bank account, identity check or business detail is rejected, follow the provider's correction instructions rather than submitting sensitive information to uDink support.
If the account remains under review or the displayed status does not change, contact admin@udink.app without including identity documents, verification codes or full bank details.
What happens next?
Once the required capabilities are enabled, return to How to create a session to create a paid session. Check Organiser payouts for payout status and timing guidance.
