This Privacy Policy explains how ActivEdge Solutions Pte Ltd (“ActivEdge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the uDink mobile application, the uDink website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).uDink is a pickleball platform that helps users discover venues, find and create sessions, join games, connect with other players, manage their player profile, participate in groups, and, where applicable, join paid real-world sessions.By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we collect through:the uDink mobile app;the uDink website;customer support interactions; andrelated tools, systems, payment flows, and service providers used to operate uDink.This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from uDink or used in connection with a uDink session, payment flow, or feature.

Depending on how you use uDink, we may collect the following categories of data.A. Account and Profile DataWhen you create or use a uDink account, we may collect:your name or display name;email address;sign-in credentials or authentication tokens;profile information such as skill tier, skill rating, home country, preferred playing days, preferred playing times, preferred levels, and other profile details you choose to provide;profile photo, if you upload one.B. Session, Group, Venue, and User ContentWhen you use uDink’s features, we may collect data you create or submit, such as:groups you create, manage, or join;sessions you create, join, host, RSVP to, or waitlist for;venue submissions, edits, or related details;descriptions, comments, invite codes, and other content you post through the Services;preferences, notification settings, and other settings related to your use of uDink.C. Location DataIf you grant location permission, we may collect:precise location data from your device to support nearby venue discovery, session discovery, map features, locality matching, and related functionality.We may also store location-related profile data such as your city, country, or last known approximate coordinates where relevant to app functionality.If you do not grant precise location permission, some location-based features may be limited or unavailable.D. Device and Technical DataWe may automatically collect certain technical data when you use the Services, such as:device model;operating system version;app version;IP address;approximate location inferred from IP address;language, time zone, and device identifiers as permitted by applicable law;crash, diagnostics, performance, and usage data;notification token data used to send push notifications.E. Communications and Support DataIf you contact us, we may collect:your name and email address;the contents of your message;records of support, privacy, payment, deletion, moderation, or account-related requests.F. Data from Third-Party Sign-In ProvidersIf you sign in using a third-party provider such as Google or Apple, we may receive account information necessary to authenticate you, such as:your name;email address;unique account identifier or token.We only use this information to support sign-in, account creation, and account management.G. Payment and Transaction-Related DataIf you join or attempt to join a paid session, we may collect or receive limited payment-related and transaction-related information, such as:the session you are attempting to join;your participant status, such as pending payment, confirmed, expired, or waitlist;payment-related metadata such as checkout session ID, checkout URL, payment status, payment intent reference, expiry timing, and related transaction records;pricing, currency, and payment outcome information relevant to the session.We do not intentionally collect or store your full payment card number, card security code, or full card details unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers such as Stripe.

4. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect Unless Needed

uDink does not require or intentionally collect the following for normal app use unless clearly stated and required for a specific feature:passport or national identity number;bank account information for ordinary user participation;full payment card information;address book or contacts;microphone recordings;call recordings;resumes or employment application data.If any future feature requires additional data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request your permission.

5. How We Collect Data

We collect personal data in the following ways:directly from you when you create an account, complete your profile, join or create sessions, submit venues, upload content, contact support, request deletion, or otherwise use the Services;automatically from your device and app activity;from third-party authentication providers when you choose to sign in through them;from payment and infrastructure service providers that help us operate the Services;from service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and improve uDink.

6. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:to create, authenticate, and manage your account;to provide the Services and core app functionality;to display your profile and activity within uDink as part of the app experience;to enable venue discovery, maps, location-aware features, and session discovery;to facilitate groups, sessions, RSVPs, hosting, invitations, check-ins, waitlists, and related session management;to facilitate paid session flows, participant status updates, and payment-related operational workflows;to personalize your in-app experience;to communicate with you about your account, sessions, payment-related status, updates, support requests, and service-related notices;to send push notifications and session-related alerts where enabled;to maintain security, prevent misuse, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use;to monitor, analyze, and improve app quality, reliability, safety, and performance;to comply with legal, regulatory, audit, tax, accounting, or law-enforcement obligations;to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product improvement, safety monitoring, reporting, and business operations.

7. Legal Basis and Consent

Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:your consent;performance of a contract with you;compliance with legal obligations;our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services.You may withdraw permissions you previously granted, such as location, photos, camera, or notification permissions, through your device settings. Withdrawing permission may limit certain features.

8. Permissions We May Request

Depending on the features you use, uDink may request access to:Location — to show nearby venues, sessions, maps, and location-based features;Photos / Media — if you choose to upload a profile image or other image content;Camera — if you choose to capture and upload an image directly through the app;Notifications — to send session updates, reminders, participation updates, payment-related confirmations, and similar alerts.Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature. You can deny or revoke permissions through your device settings.

9. How We Share Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data.We may share personal data with:service providers and vendors that help us host, operate, secure, maintain, and improve uDink;authentication, cloud, database, analytics, messaging, push notification, payment, map, media, hosting, and support service providers;payment service providers, such as Stripe, where needed to process paid session transactions;legal, regulatory, governmental, or law-enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the Services;affiliated entities or professional advisers where reasonably necessary for business operations;a buyer, investor, successor, or other party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.We may also share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it does not reasonably identify you.In addition, certain profile, session, group, RSVP, waitlist, hosting, or participation information may be visible to other users within the Services as part of the app’s normal functionality.

10. Third-Party Service Providers and SDKs

uDink may use third-party service providers and software development kits (“SDKs”) to operate and improve the Services. These may include providers for:cloud hosting and databases;user authentication;push notifications;analytics and diagnostics;maps and location services;media playback;customer support and communications;payment processing and payment-related workflows.These providers may process data on our behalf in accordance with their contractual obligations and applicable law.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:while your account remains active;while needed to provide the Services;while needed for session records, payment-related records, dispute handling, security, moderation, fraud prevention, or enforcement purposes;as required by law, regulation, tax, accounting, audit, or compliance obligations.When data is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely retain only what is necessary for legitimate legal, security, compliance, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

12. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

If you have created a uDink account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data:within the app, through the account deletion feature in the Profile or Account Management section; andoutside the app, through our web deletion request page at: https://udink.app/delete-accountWhen we delete your account based on your request, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with that account unless we are required or permitted to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as:legal compliance;fraud prevention;security;dispute resolution;payment-related reconciliation or chargeback handling;enforcement of our terms;tax, accounting, or audit obligations.If we retain any data after deletion, we do so only as necessary for those purposes.Some residual copies may remain temporarily in backups for a limited period before they are deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course.

13. Access, Correction, and Other Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:access personal data we hold about you;correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;request deletion of your account and associated personal data;withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;request information about how your data is used.You may submit requests through the app, through our deletion page, or by contacting us at admin@udink.app.We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

14. International Transfers

uDink may store or process personal data in Singapore, Malaysia, and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.By using the Services, you understand that your personal data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable legal safeguards where required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

16. Children

uDink is not directed to children under the age at which personal data processing requires parental consent under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.If you believe a child has provided personal data to us improperly, contact us and we will investigate.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice through the app, website, or other appropriate means.Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
