Before you start
Prepare the information Stripe may request:
- the registered legal name;
- the UEN;
- the incorporation date;
- the registered address;
- the principal or administrative address, if requested;
- the company bank-account details;
- director information;
- beneficial-owner information;
- details of the authorised representative; and
- the ACRA BizFile, constitution or authority documents, if requested.
Stripe determines the exact information and documents needed. The fields and verification steps can vary according to the company, its representatives and Stripe's current requirements.
Start from uDink
- Open uDink and go to Profile.
- Expand Account Management.
- Find Host Payment Account.
- Select Set Up.
- Continue to the Stripe-hosted onboarding page.
Security reminder: Confirm that you are on an official Stripe-hosted page before entering company, identity or bank information. Never send identity documents, verification codes or bank details through chat or email.
Enter the company details
Stripe controls this process, so follow the fields and instructions shown for the company.

- Complete Stripe's security verification.
- Confirm that the business has a UEN.
- Enter the company's UEN and registered legal name.

- Add the company bank account according to Stripe's instructions.
- Review the information and submit the application.
Choose the bank and branch, then enter and confirm the eligible company bank-account number.
Do not enter the representative's personal bank account. The bank account should belong to the legal entity or otherwise meet the requirements shown by Stripe.
Stripe publishes its currently acceptable verification documents and updates to Singapore connected-account requirements.
Who should complete the onboarding?
A director or another properly authorised representative may complete the onboarding.
Stripe may request evidence of the person's identity and authority, such as a Letter of Authorisation or other supporting documents. Follow the evidence requirements shown by Stripe for the company and representative.
Return to uDink
Return to Profile → Account Management and review Host Payment Account.
Your account may remain under review or require more information. The app can show Set Up, Pending, Action Required, Update or Verified, depending on the account state. Follow the instructions displayed.
Do not treat the submission screen as confirmation that onboarding is complete.
What happens next?
Submitting the application does not activate the organiser account by itself. Stripe must complete the required checks and enable the relevant payment and payout capabilities before uDink treats the account as eligible for the paid-session features it supports.
Return to Account Management if Stripe or uDink asks for more information.
Common problems
Company name or UEN does not match
Check the registered legal name and UEN against current official records. Do not use a trading name when Stripe requests the registered legal name.
A director or owner is missing
Review the people Stripe identifies from official records. Add or correct the requested director or beneficial-owner information.
The representative cannot be verified
Confirm the representative's personal details and authority. Stripe may ask for additional identity or authority evidence.
A document is rejected
Check the document type, issue date, completeness, image quality and information match. Upload a replacement only through Stripe's onboarding process.
The bank account is rejected
Recheck the company bank-account details and make sure the account meets the ownership requirements shown by Stripe.
Stripe shows that action is required
Open Host Payment Account and follow the Stripe-hosted prompt. Complete every outstanding requirement shown for the account.
The account remains under review
Review Host Payment Account for a current instruction. Verification has no fixed completion time.
If the issue remains unresolved, email admin@udink.app without including company documents, identity documents, verification codes or full bank details.
Security and privacy
Company and representative information is submitted through Stripe's onboarding process. uDink may receive limited connected-account information, capability information and verification status needed to operate its payment features.
