Set up the first occurrence
Start a new session and complete its details, players, venue, cost-sharing and minimum-player settings.
Turn on repeating
- Turn on Repeat Session.
- Choose Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly.
- Choose the number of occurrences, from 2 to 12. The initial selection is 4.
- Review the dates generated for the series.
- Complete the final review and create the series.
Each occurrence copies the base session details. A minimum-player deadline is shifted with each occurrence so that it keeps the same relative timing.
Paid-session permissions and timing rules apply to every occurrence. If any generated occurrence would be invalid, correct the start date, repeat pattern or minimum-player deadline before creating the series.
Manage the series
Each occurrence is a separate session after creation. Editing or cancelling one occurrence does not automatically change the others.
To change a future occurrence, open that occurrence under My Sessions and use its available organiser actions.
What happens next?
Check the generated dates in My Sessions. Open at least the first and last occurrence to confirm their time, venue, cost and minimum-player deadline.
