How to find and join a session

Find a session

1. Open Sessions.
2. Choose the list that best matches what you need:
   • Explore for suggested and discoverable sessions.
   • Private Groups for sessions in private groups you belong to.
   • My Sessions for sessions you organise or have joined.
3. Use Search sessions, venues or groups to search by session, venue or group name.
4. Refine the list by sport, time or sorting:
   • Sport: Show all, Pickleball, Padel or Badminton.
   • Time: Show all, Next 14 days or Next 28 days.
   • Sort: Date, Distance or Price.
5. Select a session to open its details.

Location permission helps uDink rank nearby sessions. You can still search by name if location is unavailable.

Check the session details

Before joining, review the date and time, venue, sport, level, price type, capacity and any additional information from the organiser.

For a private session, you may need to join its private group first. Follow the group prompt and enter the join code if one is required.

Join or reserve

The button shown depends on the session:

• For a free session, select Join Session.
• For a Reserve First, Pay Later session, select Reserve with Credit Card and complete Stripe's secure card flow.
• For another paid session, select Join Session and complete checkout.
• If the session is full, join the waitlist when that option is available.
• If you receive a waitlist offer, select Claim Spot before the offer expires.

For an applicable checkout on an Apple device, Stripe may offer card, Apple Pay, PayNow, GrabPay, WeChat Pay or Alipay. The methods shown can vary by session, device and Stripe availability.

Wait for the app to show your updated status before closing it. A pending checkout or waitlist position is not the same as a confirmed place.

What happens next?

Your session appears under My Sessions once your joining status is active. Check the session detail for Going, Reserved, Confirmed, Waitlist or another current status.

If the status does not update after a completed checkout, reopen the session once. If it is still wrong, contact support with the session title, date and time. Do not include full card details.
