When PayNow is offered for the session and device, choose it in the payment sheet and follow the instructions shown by the payment provider. Only the methods displayed for that checkout are available.
Check the result
Return to the session and check your reservation or payment status. A pending payment does not guarantee a place until uDink shows the relevant reservation or payment confirmation.
Do not send screenshots containing QR codes, full payment details or banking credentials to support.
What happens next?
If the status does not update, keep the session title, date, amount, currency and payment reference available and contact support. Do not retry repeatedly if your bank shows a completed payment.
