Report a concern
Use the available report action when the app shows one for a message, image, profile or group content.
If no in-app report action is available, email admin@udink.app with:
- the affected session or group;
- the date and approximate time;
- the account or display name involved;
- a concise description of what happened; and
- relevant screenshots when they are safe to share.
Do not repost abusive content into a public group or session chat.
Preserve useful evidence
Keep the original context where possible. A screenshot should show enough of the message, profile or session to identify the incident without exposing unrelated people.
Do not include:
- full payment-card details;
- passwords or verification codes;
- unrelated private conversations;
- a person's home address or live location; or
- more personal data than the investigation needs.
Use group-level restrictions
Eligible public-group owners or administrators can use the group's blacklist management where that control is available.
A group blacklist is a group-level safety control. It can affect membership and future participation in that group's sessions, including paid-session eligibility.
Review the selected account carefully before confirming the restriction.
What blocking does not mean
uDink does not currently provide a general session-level Remove player action in the RSVP list.
Do not assume that leaving a group, deleting a chat message or removing someone from an offline contact list blocks the account across all of uDink.
Manage chat content
A user can edit or delete their own chat message. The organiser and eligible public-group administrators can pin messages, but pinning is not a reporting or blocking action.
For harassment or objectionable content, preserve the evidence first and report the conduct.
What happens next?
uDink reviews the supplied information and may ask for clarification. Keep operational communication in the session or group respectful, and contact support again if the conduct continues or the group restriction does not take effect.
