💳 Cost Sharing Players pay before the session. Cancelled sessions are refunded automatically. Transactions secured by Stripe. ⚠️ Minimum Reserved Players Session requires 12 reserved players by 26-Sep-26 6:00 PM. If the minimum is not met by the deadline, the session will be cancelled automatically. Pre-paid payments will be refunded automatically if the session is cancelled. Once the session is confirmed, payments are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.
